A global HR Professional with 12+ years of experience into core HR (Industries: Information Technology, Banking, Financial Technology, BFSI, Start-ups).   On business front, deal with clients into Information Technology, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Engineering Solutions, Chemical Manufacturing, Telecom, Digital Media, KPO etc.

Becoming an HR professional has always been my passion and hence pursued my career in this direction. Am a post-graduate from R.A Podar College of Commerce, Mumbai ; MBA HR (full-time) – University Topper from JDBIMS, Mumbai, EMDP from XLRI, Jamshedpur, Certified Compensation & Benefits Manager – CAMI, USA. and Certified Trainer - Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace (POSH).

Prior to setting up my own consulting, I have worked with RBL Bank as an Assistant Vice President - HR Business Partner,  MSCI Inc (Erstwhile Morgan Stanley Capital International)  as an Associate Human Resources for India and United Kingdom.  Started my career as an HR with US based MNC into Information Technology and  Software Solutions.

Humanity has always been my calling and hence have been actively involved in community service. 

On personal front, I like to write short stories, direct plays/skits ; watch theatre, movies, etc.. Travelling, Trekking, Baking, Music and Dance are my hobbies. 

Dr. Priya M Kenkare holds a Bachelors Degree in Arts, from the University of Mumbai, having majored in Psychology and Sociology, prior to which, she completed her Diploma in Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition (D.H.M.C.T.A.N.), from the prestigious I.H.M.C.T.A.N, Mumbai (Dadar Catering College). She received her Masters Degree in Management Studies (M.M.S.) specialising in Marketing Management from Mumbai University.

In her continual endeavour to expand her horizons as an Academician, she has completed Course-Work for her Master of Philosophy (M.Phil-Commerce & Management) from Y.C.M.O.U., whilst having received her Doctorate in Sports Economics (PhD-Management) from E.U.’s New Age International University in 2009. She continues to be associated as a Guest Lecturer at many leading Management Institutions across the city, with Module-based sessions at UG as well as PG levels for a few International Universities’ Programs being offered locally. With a vast and varied work experience, of over 15years, across sectors comprising Hospitality, IT Retail and Media, she was invited as Guest Faculty, to address Post-Graduate students of Management, by various leading Management Educational Institution, in India.
